Cardinal Park

Cardinal Park is located on the edge of the historical town of Godmanchester in Cambridgeshire, adjacent to a large development that has delivered hundreds of new homes within the last 5-10 years. A new Primary School, and a range of shops, including a convenience store are all within walking distance providing new facilities for residents. There is also a further range of leisure and retail facilities located within the town itself. 

The development includes a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, consisting of maisonettes, bungalows, and houses. The bungalows are built to M4(3) standards which means they are wheelchair user accessible homes that can be easily adapted to suit more specific needs if required. Additionally, a number of these homes are being built to M4(2) standards which means that they will be accessible for most people and can be easily adapted to be more accessible if required.  

 Cardinal Park was completed in November 2023 and was delivered in partnership with Seagate Homes.  

The homes were designed to be highly energy efficient and affordable for residents with all achieving an EPC rating of A.
