We’ve built 27 affordable, high-quality homes in Shenley Church End, which come in a range of property sizes to suit all needs. 19 are for rent and 8 are for shared ownership. We started the work in April 2022 and completed it in August 2023.
The development offers a range of large three, four and five-bedroom homes. Three of the homes are adapted for people with disabilities.
Daubeney Gate is in the busy city of Milton Keynes, near one of the central districts and less than 10 minutes by car to the city centre and train station.
This is part of a development of private housing with Taylor Wimpey.
The EPC Rating is B which is already a good standard for developer-led house types with high levels of insulation. Each home has its own vehicle charging point.
