We’ve built 75 affordable, high-quality homes in a range of property sizes in Biddenham. 51 of the homes are for rent while 24 are for shared ownership. We started building the homes on Duck End Lane in 2022 and completed in spring 2024. 

The homes range in size from one to five bedrooms and include apartments, bungalows and two-storey houses to suit all needs. 

Biddenham is a lovely rural location which is steadily becoming a very popular place to live. As well as benefiting from the beautiful Bedfordshire countryside on its doorstep, there are also transport links via the nearby M1 and a strong rail network that connects it to London – Bedford to Kings Cross St Pancras only takes one hour. It’s also just a 25-minute drive to the city of Milton Keynes. 

The homes have an EPC rating of B, which is a good standard for developer-led house types with high levels of insulation. Every new home also comes with its own vehicle charging point.
