Norwood Road is located less than a mile from March town centre with its full amenities including major supermarkets, pharmacies, dentist, GP surgery, library, and restaurants. There are 19 schools in March, ranging from pre-schools to a Community College. Norwood Road Nature Reserve is 10 minutes’ walk from the site, providing opportunity for residents to enjoy the green open space.

The site is under a ten-minute walk from March train station which runs regular direct trains to many destinations and enables access to employment opportunities at Peterborough and Cambridge.

It is anticipated that all homes will be completed in Winter 2025.

Norwood Road is being built in partnership with Burmor Construction and is supported with grant from the Affordable Homes Programme 21-26.

The homes have been designed to achieve high levels of energy efficiency with all homes being built to gain an EPC rating of A.
