​The development is conveniently situated less than half a mile from the town centre which boasts an assortment of independent shops, supermarkets, a library, a medical centre and a sports centre.  It is well-served for educational provision with nursery/pre-school, primary and secondary schools. Within a short walk there is a regular bus service to both Holbeach and Spalding, where a wider range of services can be accessed.
