Julie’s work - which is underpinned by the desire to create customer influenced services - demonstrates an ability to balance clear strategic vision and operational expertise to solve complex problems creatively and effectively, turning low performing service areas around to drive enhanced service delivery, high-performance and increased customer satisfaction.
