David is a highly experienced property professional with a strong background in the housing sector, primarily as executive director with north west based registered providers.
David has had strategic responsibility for delivering major growth programmes, managing asset management and property compliance including health and safety.
In addition, David has delivered several stock transfers and mergers and regeneration programmes, and developed maintenance organisations.
David, an experienced non-executive director, is currently providing consultancy services in the interim sector. He is committed to the delivery of high quality customer services.
