- If you rent a home from us, and you don’t live in one of our independent living schemes, you are supported by a housing partner.
- If you are renting from us and living in one of our independent living schemes, you’ll have a specialist housing partner who will already be known to you.

What can my housing partner help with?
Your housing partner is here to help you feel safe, settled and supported in your home.
They can help with lots of things, from signing up new customers to helping new tenants get settled in, to helping with anti-social behaviour, arrears collection and things to do with the management of your tenancy.
