Following the news that the Government had decided to close, or restrict, access to several public buildings where RAAC, (Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete), had been identified, we carried out an assessment on our own properties that could, potentially, meet the criteria of having RAAC roofing systems.

We identified just over 200 properties which we are now in the process of inspecting. From the inspections that have been completed so far, we are pleased to confirm that no RAAC has been identified.

As we complete the remaining inspections, if we find any properties do contain RAAC and work is required, we will contact the customers who are affected directly.
