Accent’s Customer Experience Committee looks at all aspects of service delivery across the organisation and monitors performance. 

The Committee gives us invaluable insight into how well we’re providing our services by sharing the voices and views of our residents. They have a crucial role in providing a strategic link between the Board and customers and provide a forum to feedback on what our customers think, what they value most, and their views on our delivery of landlord services and key customer-facing policies.

The Customer Experience Committee then shares this with Accent’s Board and Executive Team, helping us improve and reshape our housing and customer services by continuing to monitor our performance

Who is on Accent’s Customer Experience Committee?

The Customer Experience Committee is a formal subcommittee of the Accent Group Board and is made up of seven members.

Some of the committee are Accent residents, and some are professionals with specialist knowledge about the services we provide.
