Whether you’ve been a homeowner for some time, or you’re just getting started on your purchase, it’s good to be prepared for any admin fees or charges that might crop up.
To make life easier, we’ve put together a helpful list of all the fees homeowners should expect to pay, helping you stay in control of your finances.
All quoted prices include VAT at the rate as of July 2023. The fees listed are not comprehensive.
Bear in mind that as well as the fees in the above guide, you might also encounter other costs, like those from a solicitor, or if you need a service from us that’s not on the list.
